凌陽矽統轉投資傳芯 傳資產賣視芯

（中央社記者張建中新竹10日電）凌陽與矽統合資成立的電視晶片廠傳芯，傳出將矽智財(IP)等資產賣予貝里斯商視芯科技，傳芯近百人團隊將移轉至視芯科技台灣分公司。

凌陽與矽統於2012年宣布合作投資凌陽核心科技，專注電視晶片研發，凌陽核心科技之後更名為傳芯科技；凌陽集團持股51%，矽統持股48.75%。

傳芯去年在成功拓展歐洲市場，第3季營運順利好轉，單季轉虧為盈，據凌陽與矽統財報資料顯示，傳芯去年第3季獲利新台幣2003萬元。

隨著傳芯營運好轉，市場卻傳出，傳芯將賣給中國大陸紫光集團旗下銳迪科(RDA)，凌陽及矽統一致否認傳言。

據經濟部商業司資料顯示，傳芯已解散。

據了解，傳芯今年將矽智財等資產賣予貝里斯商視芯科技，傳芯近百人團隊移轉至視芯科技設在台灣竹北台元科技園區內的分公司。

傳芯部分電視晶片產品存貨賣予銳迪科，並由接收傳芯團隊的視芯科技支援銳迪科相關售後服務。傳芯在處分矽智財等資產後解散。

凌陽對此態度低調，並未證實傳言。1050310
